An ongoing feeding program has resulted in a large number of trophy deer that reside within this low fenced acreage along with ample numbers of turkey, hogs, and some quail.  The wet weather San Diego Creek, for which the ranch is named, provides a running stream and several pools of water during wet weather.  Several hunting blinds are strategically placed around the ranch and will convey with the sale. Nueces Electric has a power pole on the ranch, which serviced an old water well that would need a new pump.
