Spending many weekends hunting, fishing and working the land at his family’s ranch in North Texas gave Tully a passion for the outdoors from a young age. Tully received his bachelor’s degree at UT, where he won a National Championship on the football team in 2005. He then went on to earn a master’s degree in ranch management from TCU, which he completed in 2010.
Tully has set roots in Cleburne, Texas with his wife and three beautiful daughters and where he has worked as a ranch manager at Cross J Ranch for the past decade. In addition to managing the ranch, he is also an avid bow hunter and fly fisherman and has guided hunts since 2007. He also hosted Lonestar Outdoors TV, a hunting and fishing television show on the Sportsman and Pursuit channels, from 2012-14.
His extensive knowledge, experience, and background in the farm and ranch industry make Tully a true asset who listens and is willing to go the extra mile to turn his client’s vision of their dream property into a reality. His personal motto is “Be quick to listen, slow to speak, treat others how you want to be treated and let God’s grace shine through you”.

“I feel privileged to live out my childhood dream of working in the farm and ranch industry, currently managing my family ranch & traveling to different places representing buyers and sellers. I am inspired daily to better myself and the operation by visiting new places and learning from others. I strive to always be a steward of the land and serve the people that love it as much as I do.”
