Having been around land and cattle all of his life, Craig has always enjoyed the outdoors and all in involves. He has an appreciation for the country life with its beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere. He knows that the endless possibilities of country living are found in all parts of the great state of Texas.
Growing up in the suburbs of Dallas, Craig and his family would load up on the weekends and go to their family ranch in East Texas. Here is where he learned to love the land, how to farm, how to raise cattle, build fence, bale hay, hunt, and fish.
While attending Baylor University in Waco, Texas he went to night school at McLennan Community College and earned his real estate license. During his senior year at Baylor, Craig sold real estate and knew he loved it and that it would be a part of his life for years to come. After graduating Baylor in 1985 with a BBA in Entrepreneurship Craig opened a Coldwell Banker office in Emory, Texas. During this time, he earned his broker’s license and sold real estate around Lake Fork, Texas.
At the young age of 26 and after having a family, he entered the education world serving as a Business Manager and Director of Finance for several school districts. Craig joined the corporate world in 1996 where he sold software until his retirement in 2019. Now, in addition to re-entering the real estate world, he and his wife own Heritage Market as well as several residential and commercial rental properties.
Craig enjoys people, the outdoors and serving his community. The culmination of being a cattleman, landowner, businessman and real estate broker has given Craig the expertise to guide his clients through all facets of their land transactions.
