With a Bachelor’s degree in Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Masters degree in Wildlife Ecology from Texas State University, Nicholas brings a wealth of information to the table for buyers and sellers interested in the perfected Texas hunting ranch. For the past eight years he has been involved in range and wildlife management consulting in both the public and private sectors, including Texas Parks and Wildlife, multiple private ranches, Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute and as a certified wildlife biologist for the Texas Army National Guard.
