Based in New Braunfels, Texas, Matti Tackett grew up on her family’s Whitetail deer ranch, where her lifelong passion for land, wildlife, and the outdoors began. An avid huntress from an early age, she developed a deep understanding of game management, land stewardship, and the ranching lifestyle long before turning it into her career. Her background spans both the hunting and cattle industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective on rural property ownership and operations.
Before joining Texas Ranch Sales, Matti spent years in the outdoor media world as the co-host of the national award-winning hunting television series “The High Road with Keith Warren.” She also served as a spokesperson for the National Rifle Association, working with their Institute for Legislative Action to promote responsible gun ownership and outdoor advocacy. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Political Science, Matti brings both communication skills and practical field experience to every transaction.
At Texas Ranch Sales, Matti specializes in hunting ranches, recreational properties, rural homesteads, and cattle operations throughout South-Central Texas and the Western Hill Country, including Guadalupe and surrounding counties. Her expertise also extends to land development and subdivision, with firsthand experience guiding clients through the process of transforming raw land into functional homesteads—handling everything from permitting to infrastructure.
As a full-time Broker Associate, Matti offers both hands-on guidance and full-service management, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive support—from the first showing to the final closing. Her familiarity with the commercial and residential markets, paired with access to specialized platforms, allows her to represent unique hybrid properties with ease.
